To enhance our successful Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate 1 AI Transformation Manager In your role as AI Transformation Manager, you will identify and implement AI-driven opportunities that improve business performance, productivity, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business, IT, and data experts to translate AI potential into measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the organization.

* Drive AI-enabled process improvements and workflow optimization.

* Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for AI initiatives.

* Coordinate AI projects with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

* Support change management, training, and user adoption of AI solutions.

* Establish AI governance standards and ensure compliance requirements are met.

* Monitor performance, track benefits, and identify further optimization opportunities.

* Advise management on AI trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

* Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.

* Proven experience in project, transformation, or business analytics roles.

* Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

* Ability to translate complex topics into clear business recommendations.

* Structured working style with high attention to detail and quality.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
