WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from the beginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release and end of product line

* Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodate customer requirements

* Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution

* Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps the management informed about the results

* Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

* 3+ years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-Management

* Extensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology

* Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset

* Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge

* Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

* Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English

* Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams

* Willingness to travel (internationally) is required

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

This position is subject to the https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf in the occupation group G depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
