WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics and shipment processes

* Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations

* Analyze operational data, perform root cause analysis, and support reporting and KPI tracking

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making

* Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation standards

* Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners

* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

* Act as key contact between internal teams, clients, and logistics service providers

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, cVCommerce or other relevant disciplin

* 2+ years relevant work experience in logistics and warehouse operations including material handling and inventory controll

* 1+ year of experience in a semiconductors word environment

* Experienc ein international environments and cross-functional roles preferred

* Excellent command of MS Office Tolls, Power BI and SAP

* Background in international business or commerce

* Experience in semi conductor industry

* Solid communication skills in Englisch, German and French. Any other languages would be an asset for this

WORKING HOURS

* Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
