FOUR PAWS is the global animal welfare organisation for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, r... 1 Project Manager (Project and Campaign Management) Your contribution will be * Coordinating project activities using established templates, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly defined * Delivering projects end-to-end by applying project management frameworks and standards for executing projects under direction and adjusting with support when needed * Monitoring time and budget on small-scale projects, and coordinating resource needs within approved limits to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery * Identifying risks, dependencies and issues early, escalating appropriately, and seeking guidance to shape well-rounded solutions * Matrix-managing small core teams by encouraging collaboration and building accountability within clearly structured roles * Managing stakeholder relationships by maintaining clear, regular communication. * Reporting on project progress and outcomes by updating trackers, monitoring and providing clear summaries to relevant stakeholders * Applying lessons learned from previous projects and participating in team discussions to help improve delivery practicesYour profile ideally illustrates * Experience in project management roles, ideally in the non-profit sector * Entry level certification e.g.,: PMP Foundations, Agile Foundations or similar * Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a strong asset for international collaboration * Proficient in MS Office and project management software, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools * Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and willingness to learn mindset * Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and missionOur offer includes * The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfare * A multinational team * Flexible working times with the option of partial remote work * A dog-friendly workplace with a dynamic and pleasant work environment * Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives * Wiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary period * PAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year on top of your 25 days of annual leave * Birthday leave: extra day off to use around your birthday * The minimum gross annual salary for this position starts at 48,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments), in accordance with our internal compensation scheme We reveal, rescue and protect unique animals from many different species through systems change and by creating species-appropriate environments at our sanctuaries!
