* take ownership of trade show and showroom projects in the region, from the initial concept through to successful delivery

* create engaging brand and customer experiences by defining and implementing regional standards for showrooms and exhibitions

* build a reliable network of furniture manufacturers across Europe East, ensuring strong partnerships, consistent quality and cost efficiency

* work closely with local and global teams and stakeholders, bringing people together to ensure projects run smoothly and objectives are achieved

* have several years of experience managing projects within exhibitions, showrooms, trade marketing, retail environments or a similar field; know how to build trust, align priorities and drive projects forward across countries and functions

* are seeking an individual for this role with regional scope who is fluent in English and willing to travel across the Europe East region (approximately 30%)
