To ensure the best possible service and close customer relationships, our sales and marketing organisation is divided into five regions. * act as a trusted partner to regional leadership, influencing key commercial and operational decisions

* translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive performance through identifying growth opportunities, performance gaps and operational inefficiencies

* align regional initiatives with global Sales, Marketing, Distribution (SMDC) frameworks, ensuring alignment on priorities and measurable outcomes while maintaining business relevance

* create transparency on performance drivers and support fact-based decision-making at all levels

* collaborate cross-functionally on topics relating to Sales, Finance, Operations and global controlling teams
