YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO

As International Sous Chef - Italian Cuisine (m/f/x) you will work closely with our Italian team to shape and develop Italian cuisine across the DO & CO Group.

Your main responsibilities:

* Culinary leadership and operational responsibility at international catering events

* Working at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club®

* Ensuring the highest quality and service standards

* Leading and coordinating international kitchen teams

* Development of menus and food concepts

Qualifications

WHAT SETS YOU APART

* 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy with a focus on Italian cuisine

* Completed culinary training

* Flexibility and willingness to travel to F1 races internationally

* Efficient and flexible working style

* Performance-driven mindset and strong team spirit

* Valid work permit for Austria

* Excellent English skills (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER

A gross monthly salary of €5,500 per month on a full-time basis (All-In contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement. Additional compensation for F1 event assignments.

Must be willing to relocate to Vienna. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
