We are currently looking for: 1 Global Procurement Manager Colors and Additives (all gender) What you will enjoy doing

* Managing and developing supplier relationships on a global level

* Leading price and contract negotiations, primarily for the European market

* Contributing to the implementation of global procurement strategies

* Ensuring supply security and proactively managing procurement risks

* Monitoring market developments and identifying sourcing opportunities

* Driving cost optimization initiatives and supporting procurement process improvements

* Collaborating closely with procurement teams worldwide as well as with logistics, technical and commercial sales

* Preparing and conducting supplier meetings and negotiations independently

* Supporting global price alignment and transparency across regions

What makes you great

* Degree in business administration, economics, natural/life sciences, or a comparable qualification

* Several years of experience in procurement, or supply chain management

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Excellent English skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude
