Behind every successful manufacturing company are services that keep the business running. Join ALPLA and shape the procurement strategy for facility management, security, cleaning, travel, fleet, waste management and other critical business services across Europe.

* Drive the European sourcing strategy for General Services categories

* Lead tenders, supplier selection processes and contract negotiations with strategic service providers

* Identify savings opportunities, improve service quality and create measurable business value

* Build strong partnerships with suppliers and monitor performance through KPIs and service agreements

* Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facility Management and Finance teams across Europe

* Drive sustainability, innovation and standardization initiatives within indirect services procurement

What makes you great

* Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing

* Experience with service-related categories such as Facility Management, Security, Cleaning, Travel, Fleet, Staffing or Waste Management

* Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills

* Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving business challenges

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment
