We are looking for 5 Internship Digital Inflight Customer Solutions (all genders) As we continue to expand and optimize our existing Lufthansa Group Inflight Connectivity Portals, we are looking for a dedicated individual to shape and further develop the entire content management process.

Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term

Tasks

* You coordinate the collection and handling of new content requirements from various stakeholders such as Group Airlines, Retail Media, Marketing etc

* You prioritize content, plan implementation, and create tickets in our ticketing system

* You are responsible for maintaining and editing content in the CMS, creating engaging copy, and handling smaller design tasks

* You conduct internal reviews, functional tests, and user experience checks, ensuring content consistency across tenants

* You analyze usage data, monitor performance, and derive targeted actions based on your findings

* You will work closely with the team, continuously improve the user experience, effectiveness and support the scaling and centralization of content

Requirements

* You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)

* You have an excellent command of German and English; French or Italian is an asset

* You think ahead, contribute your own ideas, and actively drive improvements

* You demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a high level of motivation

* You have strong organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities

* You work in a structured and independent manner while maintaining a strong team spirit

* You use the MS Office programs very well

* You have experience in content management, which is considered a bonus

* You possess strong analytical skills, and experience with content performance tools is a plus

* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
