Who you areAt IKEA, we're looking for a hands-on commercial leader who acts like the CEO of a Core Area Furniture& HFA Bedroom and drives results for the many people.

ºYou have strong commercial experience, able to optimise sales, gross margin and profit for your area.

ºWith your background you coach and develop HFB-Leaders and Sales Specialists within your core area and lead your team to peak performance.

ºFormal qualifications in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.

ºMinimum 10 years of experience in sales, customer experience/support or similar, and at least 5 years leading and influencing teams.

ºYou are Leader ready for the next step, eager to take broader multi-area responsibility and impact.Your responsibilitiesYou will report directly to the Country Selling Manager, collaborating closely to lead and execute the Core Area strategy across channels that enables optimized sales, gross margin and profitable growth.

ºLead the Core Area team with an umbrella view across Home Furnishing Business Areas to secure peak performance throughout the year.

ºSet direction based on local market and consumer needs, using life at home as the base to drive the Core Area business.

ºDefine the Core Area strategy together with business leaders and enable execution across all channels via Business Leaders.

ºActively collaborate with key stakeholders (Customer, Digital, CFF, Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations & Finance, People & Culture and Range & Supply) to maximise integration and impact.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is €2.879,00 gross per month (full-time). Based on an all-in contract (14x per year), we offer a minimum gross salary of €4.640,00 per month for this position. It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences. Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview.
