Operations Assistant - HR Specialist (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible: 1 Operations Assistant - HR Specialist (m/f/d) (32 - 38.5 hours/week)

Your responsibilities

* Assist the company operations team and provide operational and administrative support to project and product managers

* Own end-to-end recruiting operations: applicant tracking, pre-screening and communication, interview scheduling and participation

* Support onboarding of new employees, and assist with staff development initiatives and resource planning

* Maintain customer contacts and strengthen relationships within the Oroboros Ecosystem and MitoAnalytics customers

* Active participation in the team efforts to optimize company websites such as www.bioblast.at and the internal documentation platform

Your profile

* Degree or extensive working experience in administrative or operations-related role and interest in HR. Work experience in HR is a plus.

* Very strong communication skills and a proactive and team-oriented working style

* Excellent written and spoken English and German skills

* Proficient in PC usage (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Interest in data analysis and experience with data management

* Meticulous work ethics, ability to consistently perform tasks with reliability and focus, strong organizational skills, and flexibility

* Ability to prioritize and willingness to acquire new skills

Performance-based salary according to the collective agreement for Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben (starting salary: 2.700 EUR gross/month for full-time employment, paid 14 times per year). Higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.
