In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the Finance team, taking ownership of a broad range of accounting, reporting, and operational finance responsibilities across the firm's US and European entities.



From supporting monthly close activities and financial planning to managing key financial processes and driving continuous improvements, you will play an important part in maintaining efficient and scalable finance operations.



Your Responsibilities



* Support the monthly close for the management company in the US and the affiliate entity in Austria, working closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance



* Prepare budgets and financial projections for the US and European entities and present them to management



* Supervise workflow in the corporate spend management platform



* Administer the firm's credit card program, including review and categorization of credit card transactions



* Collaborate with the Fund Accounting team to track and allocate research and trading-related transactions



* Manage the accounts payable function and payment processing



* Reconcile intercompany activity



* Perform bank and credit card reconciliation



* Liaise with service providers and support tax filings and regulatory reviews



* Ad hoc projects to further optimize processes

Your Profile



* University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline



* º 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a finance or accounting environment



* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel



* Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including both cash-based and accrual-based accounting methods



* Familiarity with cost and expense allocation processes



* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; German language proficiency is a distinct advantage



* Proven capability to effectively handle competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving setting



* Exposure to accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite is advantageous, but not essential



* Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with the confidence to build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups



Offered Compensation Package



The monthly gross salary starts at EUR 4.000,- with the possibility of a higher offer depending on your experience and qualifications.
