You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

What to expect

* Launch and scale everything that isn't running yet - new channels like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond

* Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset

* Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more

* Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages

* Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact

* Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Who We're Looking For

* You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ

* You have experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it

* Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture

* Strong English skills, as English is our company language

* German skills are a big plus
