We are currently seeking ... 1 AI-first Information Developer (f/m/x) What will help you succeed
* Profound experience in technical writing, information development, or a closely related content-engineering discipline, with a proven track record of documenting B2B software products.
* Hands-on experience with AI-first authoring workflows, including designing prompts, building reusable templates and skills, instructing AI agents, and reviewing AI-generated content for quality and consistency.
* Comfortable acting as an architect, quality gate, and final approver, rather than being the sole author of all content.
* Experience treating documentation as structured data, including modular content design, semantic structuring, and optimization for both human readers and AI retrieval systems.
* Familiarity with frontmatter, metadata, content chunking, and retrieval signals.
* Experience contributing to information architecture, content models, taxonomies, and content lifecycle management within a product domain.
* Demonstrated ability to independently scope and lead complex knowledge projects involving multiple product areas.
* Strong collaboration skills, including interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs), defining content scope, and designing information structures.
* Excellent editorial judgment when reviewing AI-generated and peer-created content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
* Outstanding written English skills with the ability to create clear, precise, and conversational content for both human and AI audiences.
* Genuine curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of AI-enabled content creation.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Development, Product Management, AI teams, and leadership levels.
* Experience working in Agile software development environments.
* Proficiency in Markdown, Git, Jira, and command-line tools.

Compensation and Rewards
* Attractive compensation packages, stock purchase options, and a wide range of additional benefits.
* For legal compliance, the annual gross salary range for this position is €61,000 - €76,000 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
