Children's Academy is a charming international, bilingual Montessori Kindergruppe in the heart of Vienna's embassy district.

Our bright and spacious setting offers children aged 2 to 6 plenty of room to learn, play, explore and grow in a warm, respectful and multicultural environment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

* Is a native English speaker or speaks English at native-speaker level

* Has recognised pedagogical / early childhood education training

* Has a strong Montessori background and Montessori training

* Ideally holds a Montessori diploma or recognised Montessori qualification

* Has experience working with children aged 2 to 6 years

* Enjoys working in an international and bilingual environment

* Is reliable, caring, creative and committed to child-centred education

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Caring for and supporting children aged 2 to 6 years

* Speaking and working with the children consistently in English

* Planning and carrying out age-appropriate educational activities

* Integrating Montessori principles into everyday life in the Kindergruppe

* Observing and documenting children's development

* Working closely with the German-speaking team

* Communicating warmly and professionally with children, parents and colleagues

IMPORTANT: A genuine Montessori background and relevant pedagogical training are important requirements for this position.
