To enhance our successful Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate 1 Transformation Manager In your role as Transformation Manager, you will identify and drive business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into sustainable business value.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and prioritize business transformation opportunities across the organization.

* Drive process improvements and target operating model development.

* Lead transformation projects and programs from planning to implementation.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.

* Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.

* Support change management activities and organizational adoption.

* Develop business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.

* Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence.

* Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

* Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and process optimization methods.

* Experience working in international and matrix organizations.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with executive and operational stakeholders.

* Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
