Design and develop cutting-edge audio signal processing algorithms for next-generation hearing implantsImplement signal processing algorithms and related tasks on ultra-low-power hardware platformsCreate and optimize measurement setups and test procedures to validate algorithm performancePreparation of technical documentation in accordance with relevant medical device standardsFine-tune and parameterize algorithms to achieve optimal audio quality and system efficiencyYour ProfileMaster's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Signal Processing, Communication Engineering, or similarStrong theoretical and hands-on expertise in digital signal processingProficient in acoustics and acoustic signal processing, with solid programming skills (MATLAB, C++, C, Python, or similar)Experience in embedded, hardware-oriented programming (assembler, C)Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plusFurther information about MED-EL can be found https://www.medel.com/about-medel.Permanent full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.Want to join a company that helps bring the joy of sound to people with hearing loss?
