As a Business Development Manager - Partnerships & Growth at Trinsik, you drive partner acquisition for a global leading digital loyalty platform. Your core mission is targeting, reaching out to, and securing high-value brands to bring valuable offers into our loyalty ecosystem.

You manage the outreach pipeline end-to-end - from initial contact to signed partnership - and are measured on conversion. Our job is to build groundbreaking rewards platforms. Your job is to bring top-tier brand partners on board.

What You'll Do
º Own B2B partner and customer acquisition end-to-end for client projects - from target identification to closed deal

º Understand the value proposition of new or existing products fast, and translate it into sharp, conversion-focused outreach

º Build and manage the pipeline: prospecting, outreach sequencing, follow-up, qualification and closing

º Track, report and optimize the funnel - response rates, conversion, pipeline health - and react to the data

º Represent our clients' ventures and brands credibly to partners and decision-makers, often at senior level

º Test, learn and iterate on messaging, channels and targeting to lift conversion

Requirements
º A proven track record in (B2B) outreach, business development, sales or partnerships - you've built pipeline and closed deals

º The ability to understand a new offering fast and articulate its value convincingly

º A sales-, conversion- and success-driven mindset: you measure yourself on outcomes, not activity

º End-to-end ownership: comfortable running the full acquisition process independently, with structure and discipline

º Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal, in German and English

º Confident with CRM / pipeline tools and a data-informed approach to tracking and optimization

º A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged

Nice to have
º Experience in high-profile brand acquisition or strategic partnerships

º Background in venture building, startups, or agency/consulting environments

º Familiarity with AI tools for outreach, research and pipeline automation
