Main tasks

* Preparation, validation, and analysis of financial and non-financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting cycles

* Support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives

* Cost center controlling for Division Management, including planning, monitoring, and performance analysis

* Monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate cost allocations across the organization

* Collaboration with business stakeholders to align financial plans, provide insights, and support decision-making

* Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations

* Identification and implementation of process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation opportunities within finance operations

* Support for the implementation and continuous enhancement of digital finance tools and reporting solutions for improved financial transparency and performance management

* Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

* Previous experience in a Controlling (CO) function

* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools (Power BI) is a plus

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

* Communication skills: English (obligatory), German (highly beneficial) written and spoken

Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at € 50.000,-.
