We are looking for talent eager to shape the future of o... 1 Expert Production and Business Process Digitalization In your role, you will drive the digitalization of production and business processes by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, shape, and implement high-impact use cases. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with modern digital technologies such as AI, data analytics, and automation. By delivering hands-on consulting, enabling stakeholders through targeted trainings, and executing pilots and proof-of-concepts, you will accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and support the scalable rollout of digital solutions across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
* Identify, analyze, and structure digitalization opportunities across production, quality, and end-to-end business processes
* Collaborate with plants, engineering, and business functions to understand operational challenges and inefficiencies
* Translate business and production requirements into scalable digital use cases using data, automation, and AI
* Act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, value creation, and scalability of digital solutions
* Design and implement pilots and proof-of-concepts, ensuring smooth transition into business operations
* Drive digital and AI enablement, strengthening self-service capabilities and process ownership
* Support documentation of best practices, architectural principles, and lessons learned
* Ensure scalability of solutions across plants and collaborate with IT teams (e.g., OT, Security) for integration

Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field
* Experience in digitalization, automation, data analytics, or AI within an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of production environments (e.g., PCB, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
* Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Ability to clearly document concepts, processes, and results
* Intercultural competence and ability to work across global teams
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
