The position of QC Specialist includes incoming testing, quality assurance, and ensuring efficient laboratory processes. Responsibilities include supporting laboratory analysts, reviewing QC analyses, and contributing to GxP compliance, audits, deviations, and process improvements. As a QC Specialist, you will take on a key role in our QCMD team: you will be responsible for incoming testing, ensure compliance with our quality standards, and make sure that our laboratory processes run smoothly and efficiently. Through your contribution, you will play a significant role in ensuring that our products reach patients safely and reliably.

Your area of responsibility:

· Support colleagues and promote transparent communication

· Support laboratory operations and review QC analyses

· Promote development through training, guidance, and feedback

· Support quality management, audits, inspections, and GxP compliance

· Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

· Escalate quality and product risks according to quality guidelines

Requirements:

· Laboratory technician training with relevant experience or comparable qualification

· Flexible, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset

· Ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment

· Very good German skills and good English skills

· Strong self-awareness and sense of responsibility
