As a QC Specialist, you will take on a key role in the QCMD team. You will be responsible for incoming testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting efficient laboratory processes. Your contribution helps ensure that products reach patients safely and reliably.

· Active support of colleagues and transparent communication of goals and performance metrics

· Support laboratory analysts in daily operations

· Review QC analyses for accuracy and completeness

· Support personal and professional development through guidance, training and feedback

· Support deviation investigations and participate in GxP audits and inspections

· Ensure compliance with current quality requirements

· Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence and innovation

· Support OpEx projects

· Report potential risks to the quality system or product quality according to escalation guidelines

Requirements

· Laboratory technician training and 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas, or comparable education such as a degree

· Flexible, resilient and solution-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and regulated environment

· Very good German skills and good English skills

· High self-awareness and sense of responsibility in a collaborative team environment
