* Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele

* On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club®

* Ensuring our quality and service standards

* Collaboration with operations and service teams

Off-season / Race Break:

* Based in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Qualifications

* High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation

* Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef

* Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy

* Valid work permit for Austria

* Based in Vienna or willing to move here

* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

* Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Additional Information

* We offer a gross monthly salary of €5.500,00 plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
