Cusomer Care Service (m/f/d)

The company MEGADRIVE Autovermietung GmbH is looking to fill the following position at its Vienna 3 location, starting immediately: 1 Cusomer Care Service (m/f/d) We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Care employee to join our team.

What You'll Do:

* Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

* Assist with orders, questions, and general requests

* Help solve customer issues in a friendly and efficient way

* Work closely with other departments to make sure customers get the best possible support

What We're Looking For:

* German and English skills appropriate to the position are a must (written and spoken) Additional languages are a plus

* A structured and organized way of working

* Strong customer focus and great communication skills

* Experience in customer care is a bonus, but not required

* Full-time position (40 hours per week)

* Salary of €2,300 gross per month (full-time basis)
