Your Mission
As a Logistics Expert, you will be the central point of contact for logistics topics across our international locations and ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation processes.



Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor international inbound and outbound shipments (land, ocean & air freight)
* Manage and collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
* Support and advise our locations across Europe, Asia, and the US
* Analyze logistics data, costs, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
* Support logistics tenders, supplier evaluations, and provider management
* Drive process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Develop alternative transportation concepts and strengthen supply chain resilience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service levels

What You Bring

Education & Experience
* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
* Experience with international transportation networks and logistics service providers



Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* SAP and advanced MS Excel knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently



Languages
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* German and additional languages are a plus



Mobility
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
* Regular presence at our sites in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland as required
