The Securities Network Management team oversees Erste Group's international custody network and strategic market infrastructure relationships. Your Tasks

* Manage and further develop relationships with global and local custodians, CSDs and other market infrastructure providers across international securities markets

* Monitor market, regulatory and industry developments and assess their impact on our securities services network

* Conduct due diligence reviews, service evaluations and risk assessments of existing and prospective network partners

* Partner closely with Operations, Product Management, Risk, Compliance and Business teams to ensure efficient and resilient securities services

* Drive network optimization initiatives, contract negotiations and strategic projects to enhance service quality, risk management and cost efficiency

Your Background

* Several years of experience in Securities Services, Global Custody, Network Management, Asset Servicing or a related capital markets function

* Strong understanding of custody, settlement, corporate actions and the global securities services landscape

* Proven ability to manage external service providers, stakeholder relationships and complex cross-functional topics

* Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

* Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel for due diligence visits

* Fluent in English; German is an advantage

* The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,04 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
