Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Working together closely with Warehouse Operation & Logistics Planner
* Supporting Front Desk Manager on a few Topics (welcoming guests & check-in at the reception, receiving letters/invoices)
* Supporting the MAIT team in Warehouse and Techlab-Maintanance-Support Topics
* Support in Incoming Inspection (Parts receiving)
*
** Parts Receiving & Incoming inspection (physically and in IFS)
** Parts Damage Control
** Measurement of Mechanical Parts

* Warehouse Support (Parts storing and organizing)
*
** Placing the Parts to the stock
** Organizing/Reorganizing Warehouse Shelfs (label printing, etc.)
** Optimizing space as new Parts arrive
** Finding new storage solutions and creating new storage space
** Making Partslists for specific shelfs, relocating Parts if needed, making sure movement of parts is tracked through IFS always

* Handstock/Generic Material (restocking and alerting procurement)

** Checking the Handstock in production regularly, creating procurement requests in case of low/zero stock
** Safety Stock setup and control in IFS for generic parts

* Commissioning (Parts collecting for planned projects/production)
*
** Preparing parts in an organized way, based on Commissioning requests for MAIT Production / Projects
** Following the Commissioning procedure

* Measurement Equipment for Calibration (collecting, packing, shipping, and receiving)
*
** Checking the Equipment in the Techlab regularly (every Month), collecting those due in said month and sending them to the Calibration Department in Denmark
** Receiving said Calibrated Equipment once it arrives and notify the people using them

* Health & Safety, 5S & FOD
*
** Checking the First Aid kits every year: if something needs to be reordered due to reaching expiry date or low stock
** Checking the ladders and ESD conformity of desks, chairs, and workplaces in the production area yearly with the head of Quality Management
** Participation in monthly FOD walks

Preferred qualifications and skills:
* Background in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, accounting, or a related field
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Logical thinking and a structured approach to work
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with an ERP system (e.g. IFS) is an advantage, but not required
* Willingness to learn new processes and develop new skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
* Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Good command of English
* German at B1/B2 level, willingness to continue improving German language skills
